Elana Barzilay

Elana joined Pitango in 2018, bringing with her over two decades of legal counseling experience in the Israeli tech market. Before joining Pitango, Elana served as Legal Counsel at Viola Credit (previously Plenus) for 9 years. Prior to that, Elana worked as an Associate at Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co, one of Israel's leading law firms. During her 10 years at the firm, Elana specialized in commercial law and was involved in many hi-tech transactions, including M&A, venture capital, venture lending, and mezzanine transactions. Elana holds an LLB from The Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, and a BA in Philosophy and Jewish Studies from Tel Aviv University.
