Yair Cassuto

Yair joined Pitango in 2017, and has served as a Partner since 2019. He is focused on seed and early stage investments in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cyber Security and enterprise software. Prior to Pitango, Yair worked at IBM in NY, focusing on Strategy and M&A. During his tenure at IBM Yair was with IBM Security, responsible for IBM's strategic growth initiatives in cyber security. Yair was also a member of IBM's Corporate Development team, where he worked on corporate strategic initiatives and M&A transactions. Yair brings a strong technical background, having served for eight years as a senior officer in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, responsible for R&D of advanced Hardware and Software Yair holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering with honors from University of Tel Aviv and an MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
