WALTHAM, Mass. – Dec. 18, 2013 – Red Bend Software, the market leader in Mobile Software Management (MSM) with more than 1.75 billion Red Bend-Enabled® devices, announced today that Dvora Nuriel-Valach has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Michal Geva has been appointed Executive Vice President of Delivery. Both of these appointments have been made to support the company’s growing services business as well as its expansion into the automotive industry and the enterprise market.
Red Bend’s software is used for managing firmware, applications and mobile devices over the air. In the past year, the company has realized growing success as it expands its services offerings with the Red Bend Over-the-Air Updating Service for Android. As Red Bend’s CFO, Nuriel-Valach will oversee all financial aspects of the company’s growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and guidance to both large, publicly-held multinationals and mid-sized private companies. Prior to joining Red Bend, she held executive positions at Scitex, Amdocs and Siano Mobile Silicon. She has experience in all aspects of finance including board and investor relations, operational planning, forecasts, control, accounting, taxation and treasury.

As the EVP of Delivery, Geva will lead Red Bend’s delivery organization, managing all aspects of customer service including project management and support. She brings more than 20 years of experience delivering software products and services to Red Bend. Prior to joining the company, Geva was co-founder and VP of Professional Services at UpOnTek, a company offering complete, end-to-end services for mobile application development across all major platforms. Before that, she served as the General Manager of Sun Israel Development Center where she built and grew a business unit by working closely with operators and device manufacturers translating customer requirements into viable, revenue-generating solutions. “Michal has a keen ability to understand customer requirements and a strong commitment to delivering high-value services.
