- Will you invest in seed companies?

- Will you invest small amounts as seed investments?
| Yes we will. Our portfolio includes companies that received small amounts as seed investments. When a seed investment successfully meets pre-set milestones, we are always looking into continuing our partnership with it to the next financing round. |
- Will you invest in 1st time entrepreneurs?
| Of course. Entrepreneurs are the lifeline of our industry and we love partnering with people who have an exceptional idea and the personality to drive it from the sketch board to success. If we partner in an investment, we’ll offer you our best advice and assistance in hiring other senior executives and developers, shaping business strategy and forming solid partnerships. |
- Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s)? If not, how can I be sure you won't steal my idea?
| We handle information sent to us regarding business plans and ideas with strict confidentiality. However, we do not sign NDA’s. When you send us a business plan, it would be best not to include confidential information. If we engage in a due diligence process, we will work with you to ensure confidentiality is maintained. |
- Do I have to submit a full business plan?
| No. You may send us any document that best conveys, in your eyes, the essence and potential of your business idea. This may be in the form of an executive summary, a presentation, or any other reader-friendly format. |
- Do you allocate reserves for investing in future rounds?
| We believe in long term relationships. When we invest in a company, we think about bringing it to overall success, not just about this investment round. Thus, when we participate in an investment round and welcome a new company to our portfolio, we allocate reserves to enable our participation in future financings. |
- Do you sit on the Board of Directors of the companies you invest in?
| We do. Joining the BoD of a company optimizes our ability to give you our best advice and demonstrate our commitment to the company and its success. |
- How long before I will hear back from you? Will someone call me?
When we receive a business plan we review it and respond to you generally within two to four weeks, either by phone or more likely, via e-mail. |
